By accessing and using Paperly ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Paperly is an AI-powered MDCAT preparation platform that provides:

• Comprehensive study materials for Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English, and Logical Reasoning
• Practice questions and mock tests
• AI-powered personalized learning plans
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Expert support and tutoring services

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Paperly offers two subscription tiers:

• Basic Plan: Free access with limited features
• Premium Plan: ₨1499 PKR for access to all features until the official exam is conducted

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Premium subscription provide full access to all the premium features on the platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Share account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Upload malicious content or software

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Paperly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Service without our explicit permission.

8. Disclaimers
